Dimoplast has the right infrastructure to make its own molds. This resource gives us a better control over our projects and costs and, therefore, allows us to reduce dependencies on external parties. All this is an advantage that contributes to our competitiveness.

We do not produce molds by themselves. Molds’ production scheme is only and exclusively aimed for parts that shall be injected in our plant.
Bring over your idea and in Dimoplast we advise you on how to make it real with best quality, time and price. We have the services needed to meet all manufacturing phases of plastic parts, from the most basic to the very complex.

If you already have your own mold but are looking for an injection machine and afterwords processes, we can help you.

We have a wide experience on engineering materials (PC, Nylon, PBT, acrylic, etc.).

We work cold casting and hot casting molds and hydraulic unscrewing motors from 1 up to 52 cavities.

* 10 thousand pieces is Dimoplast’s minimum production.
